I am a Black woman from Louisiana with more than one story to tell. In addition to my personal stories, I bring real life experience and the awareness that I speak for countless marginalized groups and people throughout the world.
There has never been a more pertinent time for leaders to seek guidance in the area of diversity, equity & inclusion. I’m optimistic about meeting leaders where they are and offering them substantial transformation. I enjoy working with small organizations, associations, employee resource groups & non-profits. My style of coaching and facilitation can range from insightful, to heart warming, to entertaining. I take a very hands on approach to getting to the root cause of the issues that my clients present me with.
