Service Feature
Coaching: Our Anti-Racism Advocates provide personalized coaching to individuals, empowering them with strategies to navigate discriminatory situations effectively. Through confidential one-on-one sessions, advocates offer guidance on understanding their rights, building resilience, and developing assertiveness in confronting racial bias.
Documentation: Our advocates assist individuals in documenting incidents of racism or discrimination in the workplace.
